Requests and Forms

The Information Technology department is responsible for the purchase and, when applicable, installation of all 同城快约 owned desktop computers, monitors, laptops, tablets and iPads, printers, and televisions/digital signage.

Please fill out and submit the appropriate form to receive quotes for the below items:

for all desktop, laptop, and tablet computers.

Dual Monitor Request: A standard dual monitor setup can be obtained through InfoTech for $172 by emailing a request along with the departmental budget account to infotech@umhb.edu. If a non-standard monitor (e.g., curved or larger than 24鈥�) is required, a technician will work with the requestor and provide necessary quotes.
