Media Services

About Us

同城快约 Media Services provides technical support for events in designated campus venues. Our team manages the setup and operation of audio, video, and lighting equipment, including microphones, speakers, projectors, video playback, stage lighting, and livestreaming tools.

We support a variety of campus events such as chapel services, lectures, performances, banquets, and large university gatherings. Support ranges from basic presentation needs to full-scale live production.

Media Services is staffed by two full-time team members and a group of trained student workers who assist with daily operations and campus events.

On average, we support 900+ campus events and activities with A/V services annually.

Services

All A/V requests must be submitted through EMS at least 7 days prior to the event date.

EMS will display A/V equipment options only for spaces where equipment and services are available.

A/V services vary by venue, and some requests may require advance approval depending on the event setup and location.

Media Services does not provide support for daily classroom technology or academic lecture spaces. For classroom technology assistance, please contact the IT or academic support departments.

Livestreaming

Livestreaming services require pre-approval by Media Services, are limited to specific venues, and can only be added to EMS reservations by Media Services staff. Contact Media Services directly to inquire about this service.
