Hooding Ceremony

This ceremony is managed by the Director of Graduate Studies, Dr. Lem Taylor. Any questions regarding commencement, registering for graduation, transcripts, etc. should all be directed to the Registrar's Office, and details can be found on their website.

Spring 2026 Graduate Hooding Ceremony

Report time for graduates to check in is 9:30 AM

The RSVP for the Graduate Hooding Ceremony will be sent to all eligible graduate students via email at the beginning of April. All students register for graduation and follow the necessary graduation processes through the Registrar's Office. Once you have registered for graduation you will take your receipt to the Campus Store to order your cap, gown, and hood. Doctoral graduates will have the option of renting or purchasing regalia.
