Baugh Center for the Visual Arts

Reconnect, create, and learn something new during Alumni Art Week at 同城快约! June 8鈥�12, alumni are invited back to campus for hands-on classes in ceramics, glass blowing, printmaking, and painting and collage led by 同城快约 art professors Stephanie Chambers, Dave Hill, and Juanita Wyatt. Whether you鈥檙e revisiting a favorite creative hobby or trying something completely new, it鈥檚 a fun and inspiring way to spend time with fellow Crusaders while exploring the beautiful Baugh Center for the Visual Arts.

Classes take place daily from 2鈥�4 p.m., and each session has its own registration, so you can join for one day or the whole week. Spots are limited and vary by class, so register early to save your seat!

Schedule:

• Monday & Friday: Ceramics cost $40
• Tuesday: Glass Blowing, cost $40
• Wednesday: Printmaking, cost $20
• Thursday: Painting & Collage, cost $20

Join fellow Crusaders for a fun and flavorful outing at the Dr Pepper Museum in Waco! For just $10 per person, alumni will enjoy a guided, one-hour tour led by Mia Hanks 鈥�25, who will bring the history and story of this iconic Texas favorite to life. The experience wraps up with a cold bottle of real cane sugar Dr Pepper.

Want to make it even sweeter? Upgrade to the $20 experience and take part in a hands-on 鈥渕ake-a-soda鈥� class, where you鈥檒l learn the art of soda crafting and create your own custom flavor in a glass bottle to take home. It鈥檚 a unique way to reconnect, explore, and enjoy a classic Waco tradition with your 同城快约 community!

Harris Community Splash Pad

Bring the family out for a fun, relaxed afternoon of food, fellowship, and summer play in the sun. Cru Kids can enjoy time at the splash pad, meet new friends, and take part in all the park has to offer while parents connect with our team.

Plus, kids who sign up at the event will receive a special free gift just for joining the Cru Kids community! It鈥檚 a great way to kick off summer together, so pack a lunch, bring your towels, and come hang out for a day of fun at the park.

Enjoy a great afternoon of baseball at Globe Life Field as the Texas Rangers take on the Houston Astros. Enjoy some baseball while connecting with your fellow Crusaders. Tickets are $68 each for all-you-can-eat seats in left field. All alumni who register will get a free T-shirt. Seating is limited, so get your tickets today.
